How to take the AVTpro Subtitle Creation Certification exam
The AVTpro Subtitle Creation Certification exam is only available to those who have already passed the AVTpro Subtitle Basics exam.
There is only one task in the AVTpro Subtitle Creation Certification exam, which consists of subtitling, including the timecoding and translation of 3-4 short scenes from English audio into your target language.
We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Style Guide of your working language before sitting the exam. You can download it by clicking on the ‘Style guide’ button above.
When you sign up for the certification, you will be provided with a unique link that you will need to use to take the exam.
You will be sent a report with your performance and your certification, if applicable, within six weeks from the last day of the exam period for which you registered.
